This could potentially be another void talon as well, a portal around only Aszuna. A hippogrphy lost in time that you have to free in that portal. Or it's hidden good. I did in fact see an island south east of Faronaar that was not marked on the map at all, perhaps that's where it gets it's term lost-forgotten.
